1. ## help: college physics

After falling from rest from a height of 32 m, a 0.54 kg ball rebounds upward, reaching a height of 22 m. If the contact between ball and ground lasted 1.6 ms, what average force was exerted on the ball?

i just honestly dont get it...
i know that the final velocity as it hits the ground the first time (after the 32 m fall) is:
v^2 = 19.6(32)
V^2 = 637.2
v = 25.043

but like after that idk what to do...
help?
