heres the article in case you havent read it -->donte stallworth
I think he deserved a lot more i mean the man killed someone while he was dui. I mean a dui is bad, but then to up that to dui manslaughter, while speeding? Sure Reyes might have been jaywalking and stallworth says he flashed his lights at them, but does that mean we can flash our lights at people and then just run them down? I dont think so.
He also only served 24 days in prison that is just a joke. This is just as bad as vick's case and look how much jail time he got. I just feel like the justice system is so lenient on these athletes. Anyway anyone else have an opinion on this?
The world is a ****ed up place.
Hey our legal system is so flawed. My brother got caught with a fake ID a week before his 21st birthday, he was designated driver, going to a bar in downtown Chicago with friends who were already 21. He got his drivers license suspended for a year.
My sister got a DUI, didnt have her license, driving an uninsured car which wasnt hers. She got her license suspended for 4 months, didnt have it go on her record, and had a $100 fine for driving without a license.
It really all depends on whos your judge, and whos on jury.
Driving would be so awesome if we could.
