A smart riddle
You are walking down the street, where you see a cross road. You wanted to know directions for the place you wanted to be. There is a left path and a right path. You suddenly see a house nearby, and said that maybe someone would give me the right direction. 2 brothers live in the house. One who lies on everything, and the second who says the truth. You don't know who is gonna open the door to tell you directions.

You have one question to propose. This question should lead you to the right road whether the lier opens up, or the trustworthy one.

This is an old one - I've seen it in many forms.
I vaguely remember it even appeared in the "Labyrinth" film (the one with David Bowie).

You ask either brother which path the other brother would send them on - and then reverse the decision.

Hope I've not spoilt it for anyone...
Next we discuss Schroedinger's cat...

Next one,

What's weight is greater, 1 kg of Iron, or 1 kg of cotton? The answer isn't quite obvious.

Lol. Wrong answer, examine the question carefully. As I said *the answer isn't just wipinf the sweat off forehead.

Thanks iamafreak for the laugh. :)

kg is a unit of mass - weight is a unit of force.

The answer depends on where you're taking the measurement from - if I remember my physics correctly. There is a factor between the two related to, e.g., gravity - but I can't remember the details - just that the answer might be different on the moon to that on the earth.

Am I in the right area - or am I over-complicating...

No. You can buy contact lenses when you want to. Also
If you buy it, you wouldn't wear it, where in contact lenses or a pair of glasses you wear them.

Give up?

I'll take a stab in the dark with this one. It is it. The word, "it". If you saw "it", you wouldn't buy "it". If you were to buy "it", you probably couldn't wear "it". And if you somehow found a way to wear "it", you wouldn't be able to see "it".

The answer could also possibly be a lie.

The answer is "coffin". XD
