Story 4/5: Harry Potter is back for another year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and this time it's DARKER!
Acting 4/5: It's pretty good though Harry still ansewers retorical questions which kind of threw me off. Otherwise the acting was pretty good.
Relation to Book 4/5: In this movie they went alone in a lot of things because the Goblet of Fire is a long book(rumor is the next one will be 2 parts) and had to cut a lot so I'm being charitable to say they did a decent job but they had to make a 736 paged book(I know the UK version is a little over 650 pages) into 2 1/2 hour movie which i give them credit on doing a good job.
Sound 5/5: The score was good even though the movie was John William-less they did an excellent job.
Special Effects 5/5: It's not as heavy loaded as Star Wars was but Wormtail's Metal hand looked very real(to real) And Voldemort looks the way you'd expect him to look like (though i noticed they got the red-eye detail was way off like it should have been in the book)
Costumes 4/5: They seem pretty close to the book, with the KKK-robed Death Eaters(which wasn't that scary)as an exception since the book just said hooded people with masks.
Overall 4/5: If you are a fan see it, if you aren't fan don't see it. Or if you have a lot of time go right ahead it's good movie, so if you've only seen the movies and have not read the books(shame on you if you have!!) go see it, it will keep you guessing.
