This band is a good band because their sorta unique here ya go:
Emo lyrics+Screaming= Screamo
Punk Lyrics+ screaming= Punk Rock
The emo genre specifically depends on the lyrics of the song. And this band's lyrics are not emo.
Screamo band=Hawthorne Heights
BTW, they do not suck their my 14th fav band

I deleted all my g.a.y non-screamo songs on iTunes, I only listen to screamo!

I think he should give you 200K to compensate for the amount he stole. After that he has earned the right to pay 50K for payouts.
