Commumism in theory works, if there was a non-corrupt leader and a society willing to sacrifice personal wealth for popular good, but there is neither.

Communism has failed, Capitalism hasn't... Communism might be a wonderful idea in principle, but in practice people just don't want to be woken at 3 a.m. to be dragged away and shot because they are having trouble adjusting to the change. It only works when you have lots of disposible people to kill i.e. Russia and China.

I am starting to prep an old computer just now to try a few Linuxy things. I am going to install Ubuntu and I am going to try Virtual PC. It isn't the one that you get for Mac, but a program that installs a Virtual Machine on your computer to do a certain task. Sounds like a good thing to experiment with.

For experimenting, shouldnt you use a liveCD?
