I don't think so. Not having XBL for a long time helped me. I got to the hardest bot difficulty, (there are like 7 difficulties or something) and was able to beat bots on it. Then i wet online and pwn3d. The only people who could beat me were darn rocket whores. That's the only cheap thing in the game.

I haven't played the game in a while though so we could be in the same boat. (i love using expressions that no one uses anymore and really don't have a meaning)
