You need a cool background. Also, I forgot to save the .psd for this sig so I can't do a neon glow filter on it...

Ralan that is pretty sweet, I would make a BG for it...

I can tell you how to make it....
1. put background as balck and foreground as cyan
2. go into filter>render>clouds
3. filter>pixalate>mozotone> long lines
4. filter>blur>radial blur> best quality+zoom mode
and yer done

I'll put a bg into it.

@IDK2: skip the mozotone thing if you want or srew aroudn with the radial blur settings if oyu want, thats a good background tut^ I got it from shake
