Well, i've ben awake for an hour, i woke up at ~11:30
I love summer vacation


So what do you all think of my idea:
I take a paper clip or toothpick and insert into the headphone port on my ipod and move it around, hopinc to sever some kind of wire making the audio on my ipod stop working.
Would the people at the apple store believe that it "just happened" and replace my (5G) ipod?

If there's no visible marks, then probably. If your Ipod currently works, then I'd also advise constantly shaking it violently for a very long time while music is playing. Doing that might knock the head of the hard disk.

The thing is, ive been violently shaking it for a while now with no problems...
I really want that replacement ipod before i go off to michigan in a month, so i might just do the headphone thing...
