No, it just deosnt work. People have too strong a hold on material goods and humanity naturally needs to compete.

Yes but all types of goverments technically don't work, take Democracy in Albania for example, they overthrew the old Communist goverment and replaced it with a Democracy. Then in 1996 they rigged an election, for the right reasons but in the process they became what they sought to overthrow and rebel against in the first place.
