It's really easy. I just made a block and trimmed it down over and over again...

Maya is what the pro's use. took me 6 months to learn it and now i haven't touched it for 2 years
That pic has some shadow problems, and the metal hook that the wrist strap goes on is missing, but its still good

The metal hook is there! It's the thing on the bottom-left on the top picture..
