From personal exp, let me tell you, your forum is way over staffe. you dont even have 50 members and your making people admin just in the hope they will stay active, I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but I'm trying to help, only admin people who actualy do stuff, like custom css ect ect.Zitat:

Like, I do loads of stuff here, more than every staff member on your forum would do put together, and I'm not admin, because I have no need for the admin cp, I'm not global because... HEY WAIT A SEC! lol j/k, I'm not global because there is no need for it, don't give out staff positions like presants STB.

1. Me- Created Site and chain owner/blogger/Phpbb88 veteran admin
2. Andrew Lynden- Eastablished the point system on my forums, and helped me become a admin vet, and 1/3 owner of The PSP news 24/7 branch(so dont expect him to lose his admin position)
3. Yusefal- 1/3 owner of the PSP news 24/7 branch, I deleted his blog because he requested to, and he was de-admined
4. Mast3r Shak3- No real importance besides cleaning up the forums lag.
5. Running Olive- No importance whatsoever
Notice I listed the admins in order of importance.
My forums used to actual have unliable reasons for having moderators/admins.
If you wan't me to go through the mdoerator chart with you than just ask.
But serideth, DO NOT SAY THAT MY POSITION HAVE NO IMPORTANCE TO THEM. As I am only 1/3 owner of the branch and PSPlay is just 1/2 of the forums
