damn, im used vectorlinux, from the tiem i pressed the button, to when it went into script prompt, it was like 30 seconds (of couse the standard BIOS screen thing in the beggining lasts 7 seconds). thats on a 256mb of ram, 450mhz beast. now remember thats without any GUI.

on my 1.9ghz, 512mb ram xp machine, it takes 5 minutes (because of crappy norton antivirus)

norton 2006 really slows down my computer alot more than 2005 did.

but i already spent money on it. the reason it is so slow is it checks every program on start up, everytime.

Yea, Go to install then resize premary and install in remaining space (the use the bar to choice your new size fore windows then install, When you start up it will ask you which one :D

Im a noob too... but I know u need to make a partiton on ur hard drive. google something. Im probably gonna dual boot XPL when i figure out how...

Why dont you just deposit the 40k into the bank, and just leave 125 so you can view the bank? 240k will genarate like 5k a day I think...

The reason I had the 40k is cause when I bought the 300th club I had that after i bought it. (more like 250k club lol)

Err ubuntu needs 2 gigs...... I recommend unstalling sh*t.
