But it qualifies with the requirements, all you have to do is take any sig, take it to PaintShop Pro and click "Decrease Colour Depth -> 64,000 Colours". Save and upload.

because of all the new rules, limits and huge ammounts of fanboys at this forum..
if all the premium members didn't PAY here Qj probably wouldn't be up, as i can remember they made people pay for premium so they could help pay for their hosting bill. they probably make at least 1000$ a month just off of premium.
and all teh fanboys act up just because i said i'm getting a ps3, "OMG ur getting a ps3 ?! i'm not spending 600$ on it dont' buy it , it's crap sony sucks blah blah blah bull **** you won't be able to afford games !"
