EDIT - @Madsoul - Nothing much...Do you follow the PSP scene? Josey Wales got banned for posting porn in here, gman got banned for insulting goldrush, macca got banned for flaming, (he wanted to get banned), and that's about it that I can remember.
Josey wants to get perma banned, he got banned for a week, so when he comes back expect him to do something crazy. And he posted the porn like last night.

I give it a 6/10. It's ok, all you did was grunge brush it, color, border, render, and text...Nothing really to WOW about.

Yeah.
You need to change your color, it's too close to orange. (And you can't have orange because it's a mod color)
