trying to get my ps2 hooked up to my monitor. already have the xbox up and going, that was dead easy, but sony had to be fools and have the sync on the green signal. so now i have to track down a lm1881 chip, wire up a vga adapter and use that along with the matrix infinity force vga mode.

All to play my ps2 on my monitor.

ah, well, i have an ati all in wonder, so i have rca input and output

so it's not that hard for me

tv tuners lag like crazy. i was plaing KH2 and got my ass whipped by sephiroth and didn't realise it till 30 seconds later

but the all in wonder doens't do that, the lag if any isn't noticable to me

least you get to play it. Its STILL not out here. But finally has a release date, 29th September. Gonna be dusting off my ps2 for that one.

Its funny how sony wait until a batch of decent 360 games come out to release it. I don't think they've been spending all this time on translation.

Its actually not that hard, but it is a pain. I just need to get a few resistors and 1 capacitor and im good to go. Its just building the damn thing thats a pain in the arse. I could always pick up an upscan converter like the xrgb2, but i dont have 200 dollars to just drop like that.

then on what size you want 128, 256, 512(dunno if they have that big)

but mine is an ati radion all in wonder 256mb pci-xpress x1300 grafix
