Change Someone's Title

This allows you to change any user's custom title to text shorter than 25 characters. Please, this function cannot be abused, so no "pwning" or otherwise giving user's a rude/demeaning title, especially to normal users. If this feature is overused, it will be removed. The same rules for custom title also apply.

And of course, impersonating a moderator was the kicker.

To those of you who spam this thread wanting his "freedom", it's justified and stands.

Whether its 1 month or 2 months I think it is very harsh.

P.S. Someone impersonateed FrozenIpaq by actually CHANGING THEIR SCREENNAME, SIGNATURE, AND AVATAR, AND THEN POSTING LIKE FROZEN AND ONLY GOT BANEND FOR 3 WEEKS. YOURESAM CHANGED SOMEONE'S TITLE TO "PWNED BY ABE FROEMAN" AND GOT A MONTH. wow.
