I think you can get a free XP installation disk if you prove to Microsoft that you have a legit version of windows already..

But you don't have XP anymore so..

Can't you download it via torrents/google? Or will it not work? I don't know how these things work...

EDIT - vanden beat me.

Corporate Editions of XP don't require CD keys... so they are the easiest to pirate, at least i've heard.

they work the same as if you got the real thing it also helps to get the crack so you wont have to active it and crap

it checks if the serial on your xp is real... it will auto install unless you make it so it doesn't like i did...
