Yea, because my mind went LOCO, i broke one window and a mirror.. They thought i was gonna cut my self to death with the broken glass. I am lucky i got out so early. I think it is because i lied to the dude i had to meet one hour a day.

I use that excuse too when i have vats of low self esteem.

So what was it? Clinical depression? Manic depression? Fill us in. Theres no better way to get over it than talking. Thats something I learned when I was commited.

I'm always depressed, and i can't handle places with alot of people.

Atleast i got sleeping pills now. Got it yesterday. Those previus i got so sleepy the next day. So now i sleep more than 5 hours. That's nice.

Textbook depression.

They diagnosed me with Manic depression which isnt any better, could be worse or better depending on the person...

Its hard getting through something like that. I spent 2 months in an inpatient unit with a bunch of crazies. Its not fun at all to be examined like a gold fish.
