anyone wanna help me real fast? so like formatting my comp deleted my boot.ini which let me boot into vista, i tried editing it but none of the configs i make work, can someone edit my boot.ini so it will dual boot.

Before reformatting make sure you backup all this:

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Favorit es
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Applica tion Data

Optional:
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Start Menu (if you want anything you added saved)
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu (same reason as above)
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Desktop (if you want your shortcuts saved)
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Cookies (if you want all logons saved)

Then format, reinstall and copy all those folders back. You'll be pretty much entirely back how you were before.
