I just use the Darken script for Greasemonkey.

Turns all non-link text grey and all pages to black.

When someone has the default theme set your text appears black like everyone elses. But I have my theme set to black as its much more comfortable on the eyes. For me everyone's text is white except yours is black and blends in with the theme.

Why not just leave the text colour to default?
