and the ups package is in New York
the fedEx package is coming tomorrow but the UPS package isn't coming till friday

Alright guys, here's the situation.
This morning, some stupid ***** spilled coffee ALL over me. It got all over my laptop bag, which is mostly waterproof. However, I forgot that my iPhone was in the open outside pocket. I pulled it out 5 minutes later, to find the back of the iphone with coffee on it. I flipped out. Everything works, except the phone won't stay off, it automatically reboots, and it gave me that 'incompatible dock accessory' message, but there was nothing connected. Also, there's a patch of darkness in the bottom right corner of the LCD, which kinda runs along the bottom. I took out my SIM card, and it hasn't been touched by coffee. It seems like the bottom of the phone was the only part affected.
So, does anyone know where the water damage sticker is located inside the iPhone? If it's near the top, I'd most likely bring it into an apple store. I live in San Francisco, and I know that the guys there are really chill, I've seen them replace an iPhone that had water damage so bad, the sim card was warped.
And when I bring it in, should I give them my pity story, and tell them how somebody ****ing spilled coffee all over me, (there are stains still on my shirt, (I would wear a jacket to hide them) and small unnoticable stains on my khakis. Also, it smells like coffee, and I've seen them smell iPhones for this kind of stuff before.

should I say that there has been absolutely no water damage to the phone, and I think that LCD liquid is seeping through?
