why will myoglobin increase within muscles cells from exercise?

An increase of myoglobin in within muscle cells will increase because as more oxygen is needed while exercising, myoglobin will need to carry more oxygen to the working muscles therefore it will store oxygen into the muscles for future use like exercise or sport.

Myoglobin proteins located inside the muscle cell bind to oxygen molecules and store them until they are needed. So when your muscles need oxygen ( like when you exersizing) They increase with the oxygen ?
