Things like Upward Bound (College prep program for less financially fortunate people) are part of this.
I go to one in NY, and there's one in VT (along w/ a lot of other places).
Tomorrow is National Trio day in MA, and people are selected to go.
If anyone here is selected to go, that'd be pretty cool.
I doubt anyone here is, though.
