I should have elaborated a little further. Take what you quoted above and add "after the flaming and incessant spam that contributed to it's multiple past closures."

I know I have to spell everything out for everyone and I apologize for not doing so. It's fun for people to pick apart every post I make, I realize that.

What I posted was a suggestion for the people that use this thread as a place to post one word nonsense.

To the people who want to argue this fact, save your breathe. What I am trying to do is clean up the posting in this thread to the point where it might be a place a new poster or member might want to join in and say hello. Because as it stands right now, that it not the case.

Erm, actually my point was this. The MDPR is completely unique to any other thread. Because if any other thread went offtopic, it would have been closed from day 1. Instead this thread went offtopic, was closed multiple times, and was given yet another chance despite several attempts despite constant proof of the volatility of this thread. Fair enough, nobody may have saw the thread as something that would plummet to something of this level of stupidity, where everything breaks even the most simple of rules (ie. Rule 3), but I'd say this thread has been given way too many chances. Considering it's reached "Final Closure" before.
