I can yes.. but I think enough banning has happened right now and this would only cause more issues.. I mean if its his Bros account.. then who knows. I mean yes.. its the 3rd username I spotted on the IP.. so I know right now.. I left it as a answer so he knows. I wouldnt suggest posting again till Ban is over however.

I will not take action yet as I rather not be the only one to vote on this issue.
