I was just a little annoyed that he was banned again, for a seemingly pointless reason alltogether (since he can still keep his avatar, but still has to go through with the ban anyway) It just seems like he's being repremanded because someone misunderstood his avatar.

Everyone: I am sorry I was not able to give you the official word on this situation, but now I'm able to do so.

Ten in 2010 was banned because he refused to cooperate with his avatar change. I changed it for him and created a new avatar telling him to change it to something else. He did not follow "orders" and went back to his old avatar. The avatar can be seen as offensive for those that do not know much about that band. I myself have seen their logo once or twice in the past and was confused at first sight, and I"m sure other users in these forums would have the same opinion as well.

I think if he put a little note in his signature saying something like "My avatar is not an act against the christion religion, but the logo of a band I like, I don't wish to offend anyone"
