I have a habit of generalising. the statistic show that a lot of americans are overweight compared to Europeans. i didn't mean to offend anyone except Budd. he seems to have it in for me tonight. maybe hes just jealous cos i get bubbles.

The only reson most americans are fat is becuase they think food is healthy. They think salad is healthy (which it is), but it isn't when they put 600 calories and 40 grams of fat worth of dressing on a side salad. Then there are the trends that always fail eventually, like atkins or south beach diet.

lol. most americans i meet are skinnier than me so i have no idea where they get the stats from.

all i know is whoever designed the white keyboard should be shot in the face. i just got pasta sauce on my fingers and now a few of the keys are very red. Whoever decided that pasta sauce was a good idea should be shot too. dont people know that finger food shouldn't be messy like that.

high calories are good if you work hard, most full grown men should have a 2,400 calorie diet, i have a 3,400 calorie diet now because i work hard in football almost everyday. Where i live in the summer though I need a 4,000 calorie diet because it's 100 degrees and the pads are really hot. Especially when running miles

lol. im gonna majorly contradict myself now because i have at least a 3000 calorie diet and i dont do sports to work it off. im not that fat tho cos i got an unusually high metabolism, the only fat i have got is from drinking beer and its all wobbly. its a nice beer gut. nice contrast to when i was growing up cos i was a proper rake back then.

anyway its time for a metabolism boost (cigarette). For those that don't know cigarettes increase your metabolism cos they accelerate your heartbeat. The government don't let you know that cos they only tell you the evils of smoking.
