yeah i make the background in all my sigs. There fairly simple renders but i make a lot of them and play around with the layer blending until i get something i like.

that one for example was made up of 11 different layers which in the end just merged down to 2 distinctly different ones and then blended them to get that background.

the text was 4 layers as well. lol

a lot of my backgrounds get reused but tweaked. but im at work and havent got any of my old ones here cos i forgot my usb stick with them on. so that was freshly made.

anyway my new new sig is done with that background.
