B.T.W. this is wut the S.W.C.C. is
The Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman Badge (SWCC badge) is a rare military decoration of the United States Navy which was first conceived in 1996, though the design wasn't approved for wear until 2005.
The badge is authorized for wear by volunteer members of Special Boat Teams (formerly Special Boat Units) under U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command. Candidates must pass the arduous SWCC course of instruction at Coronado, California and then complete personal qualification standards (PQS) for their specific Special Boat Unit or Special Boat Team.
To receive the Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman Badge, a service member must first qualify for the Small Craft Pin and receive further training in combat tactics, small arms assault, emergency skills, and close quarters naval combat. The badge will only be presented after completion of all qualifications, an underway field exercise exam, and the passing of an examination and oral qualification board.
Due to the rigorous training and numerous prerequisites invloved in qualification, the Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman Badge is recognized as the most difficult qualification badge to obtain in the small boat community. It is issued in a single grade and is awarded only to the enlisted personnel who generally make full military careers of this challenging and arduous vocation.

Because I don't think I'd enjoy killing people, personally. Even if it's for a "valid reason", if such a thing exists.
they both are really stupid things to join.
but if you join them ill be very angry.
Why are they stupid? did something happen to you or someone you know or do you just hate Americas Military and Special Forces?Quote:

Marine Recon is pretty good as well, but when those guys go on drinking binges, small towns in North Carolina get razed to the ground.
And if you hate the U.S. military and live in America, move to another country.
A lot of the firemen, policemen, doctors, lawyers, etc. in the U.S. are ex-military.
The U.S. is different from a lot of countries in that it's an all-volunteer force.
No one can ever be forced to sign up for the military since the draft was killed off after Vietnam.
In Germany, every male has to either join the military for a year or do "volunteer" work for longer (something like that). A lot of other countries also use "conscription".
And defending yourself from someone who is actively trying to kill you by killing them is a damn good "valid reason". Trust me, primal instinct will kick-in and you'll be emtpying a clip or burying a knife blade into someone trying to kill you pretty damn quick. But that's OK, there will always be stronger men and women out there who might save your a$$ one day when some hopped-up crack-head decides to slit your throat for the $20 in your wallet in which to buy more rock.
Those people are called "police officers". Of course, some innocent bystander could come to your rescue, and that person would probably be ex-military as well.
Because when you go on Naval missions, the ship becomes like a prison.Quote:
