Well for the past few weeks I have been having this issue with my stomach. I don't want to go to the doctor unless it persist because I do not like doctors ;) .
Well anyway the problem is when I wake up early for class (and it only happens when I wake up early, if I wake up past 9 a.m. it wont happen) at around 6:30 a.m. my stomach feels full even though I haven't eaten anything in like 12 hours.
The weird part is when I come out of the shower and I am wet and cold, my stomach churns and I throw up. I usually throw up like last nights dinner or parts of it at least. I don't throw up every time, but like every other time. The times where I don't throw up, I gag pretty bad every 15 minutes or so for like the next 2 hours. It bugs me because it feels like I am going to throw up which worries me because I don't want to throw up in class . I have never thrown up in class, just gaged pretty bad.
The only way to prevent this is to force myself to eat something sugary. The times when I do throw up, I still feel really full after throwing up so this isn't so easy. I try to force myself to eat a donut or apple fruiter in the morning. This is really hard, imagine that you have just eaten thanksgiving dinner and are now trying to eat a donut. Thats how it feels. When I do force myself to eat this I am fine all day until I get home when my stomach begins to churn like it would in the morning.
It is kind of confusing, I have no idea why this is happening, maybe I ate some bad food and got food poisoning, but has this ever happened to anyone else before?
