i did it in this sig because the middle was too plain and needed some sprucing up. But yours is good!

thats decent, and thanks for the advice on the blur, but using the usual stuff (drop shadow, outer glow etc.) are overused, got any tips to make it look pretty spiffy without using usual tricks??? PM me if you don't want to hand em out...
