Never Coming Home's Review
The Break-Up was a great movie from the get-go. Brooke (Aniston) && boyfriend Gary (Vaughn) break things off a few minutes into the movie over a small fight. She does this to try and get him to do more things around the condo and so she can feel more appreciated. They attempt to make each other jealous and get the other to move out, etc. It's a great comedy and very funny, but right near the end of the movie, it just get's RUINED. SPOILER ALERT: On one night Brooke tells Gary she still loves him blah blah, and invited him to a concert. Gary stands her up, she cries, blah blah. The next day Gary does what Brooke wanted all along. MADE dinner, set the table, and suprised/appreciated her, and she turns him down. Pathetic. Then a few weeks later they move out and several months down the line meet up and say a few words. And then that's it. One of the most unsatisfying endings in movie history. BUT, it was still a decent movie through and through.
I rate The Break-Up as 3 / 4 stars.
