I suggest you read the book "The Language of God." It's by the man who headed the Human Genome Project, who also happens to be a Christian. He explains quite well that regardless of how complicated human beings are physically, the entirety of our bodies' shape and function is determined by a very simple set of consistently-followed rules. Complexity can - and does - arise from natural selection. And no, we didn't come from apes. Apes are a modern subset of the primates. Apes came from the same thing we did.

Not understanding how evolution works and refusing to believe it is possible doesn't change the fact that it does work and it is possible.

Except, it does. See, the Bible says that all animals reproduce according to their kind, which Creationists take to mean "species." Evolutionary theory DEMANDS that old species die and new species are born every day from the old ones. The Bible says that all species that exist are those that have always existed. Creationists say that species DO NOT change into new species. Which is rubbish; they obviously do.

The Bible says that there can be no NEW species. Evolution says there CAN be. So, conflict.

If Jesus was just a very smart man, he wouldn't have claimed to be the son of God, or speak prophetically about all sorts of events that would come to pass after his death. The only other possible option - apart from actually being the Son of God - is that he was a madman. Sane people don't claim that they're deities, unless they actually are.

The 'prophecies' he talked about after his death like how the idea of 1 god will spread and become the true religion was more common sense than not...

Thats a false statement. Thats like saying someone is christian becasue they read the bible or someone believes in God because they go to Church. "Following" Jesus can mean alot of different things but it doesnt make you a christian.

A lot of people are Indigo children then.

I'm pretty sure Christ never claimed himself to be the "only" son of god. He claimed to be the son of god, but never the "only" one. He said we are ALL gods children, including himself.
