The music, character design, and actual art was fantastic. But its plot just didn't seem very good.
The last film I had seen by him was Mononoke Hime, which is one of the greatest animu films ever made. Spirited Away just didn't live up to its legacy.
i agree, i didnt like spirited away but the artwork was fantastic, the music was decent as well, but the story was lacking and the characters were all so cheesy.
