K850I high-quality MP4 setting parameters
Video: Video size: 320 * 240 Video Frame Rate: 15-18 ( office claim can support 30fps) Video bitrate: but not more than 768 experiments ,if more than 768 may result in picture out of sync audio Audio Code: ACC Audio Sample Rate: 44100 Audio bitrate: 128000 convert tools: pavtube video converter http://www.photocen.com/photodata/vi...1FS6353126.JPG Any other good methods,thanks in advance

Actually if you're converting a video which has some quick movement, a bitrate of 768kbps is going to cause stutter and make it generally un-watchable, the best choice to go for would be 384kbps, it will produce pretty much the same picture but with no stutter what-so-ever.
