How would you describe these problems?

I don't know what to call them as they might not be sympotns to anything but recently whenever I eat anything sugary my saliva is usually thick this also happens after lots of exercise (Paper round in the morning) I did originally think it was a lack of enzymes in my saliva but it's a bit hard as it also happens when I exercise so unless the glucose used when exercising any that doesn't reach the muscles goes to the mouth with respiration (I dunno some random thought) Can anybody class them under a simple sympton
