Well, besides medicine, drinking milk can help. However, the main factor that determines your height is your genetics...which you can not do anything about except take medicine.

Well it depends, but it's usually around 18-21 I'd say.

Also, if you wanna grow taller, take vitamins. Also, you are correct with sleep, it can increase your height by 1 or 2 inches but only temporarily. As you wake up, and walk around, you'll go back to your original height.

A friend of mine has ADHD and took ritalin all throughout school. He stopped taking it when he started college and grew over a foot in 6 months.

If the Ritalin helps you at school I'd continue taking it, if it doesn't really help then talk to the doctor about alternatives.

I fidgit at school, Like, I'm constantly tapping or talking, So If I didn't take ritalin then i'd be a big annoyance.

I know a guy called Joe i known him since he was about ... 7ish ... always had to take his ADHD medicine .... and hes a F*cking giant?

I'm amazed at how prevalent ADHD and anything that involves children taking drugs to stop fidgeting in school has become. Not one person I knew while going to school was ever diagnosed with anything along those lines. I know a few teachers and used to live with one before I was married and she said that more and more kids are being prescribed Ritalin, or something equivalent, each day.

My diagnosis was blatantly valid, though... I was known to roll around on the floor during class and generally disrupt everything.
