Silk boxers are bad for you?

If silk boxers really do reduce sperm count, I'll buy a bagful on my next Walmart outing.

Well, just out of curiosity I read up on it and by the research I've concluded that silk boxers shouldn't have any direct affect on your sperm count. The only thing that lowers your sperm count is higher temperatures around the genital area, which can be created by tighter under apparel, e.g. briefs. So, in this sense silk briefs or maybe just briefs in general may have a negative affect on your sperm count, thus being bad for you (I guess).

Furthermore, if the idea of having a lower sperm count interests you for the sake lowering the risk of having accidental pregnancies, I suggest you don't bother. Having too much heat down there can also lower you testosterone level, which ultimately translates into lowered performance under the sheets. Your body does best when it's cooled. This is where I suggest those cold showers come in.
