It's Obvious There's Never Going To Be Time Travel...

Either humanity never finds out how to travel through huge periods of time or we die first, but it's obvious that there'll never be time travel. If there was, we'd see people coming here from the future and we'd know about it by now. I think finding a way to travel through the space-time continuum is probably impossible anyway.

BTW: Just because we don't see people from the future coming here doesn't mean that time travel isn't possible. There could be reasons not to interfere with the past. Who would really want time travel anyway? If you can travel whenever you want to influence events then life has no purpose.

And how would we know who was from the future and who wasn't? For all we know, people could dress the same way as we do now, so how could you tell apart someone from the future and someone from the present?

Year 3000? Why take that big of a jump from 2008 to 3000. All I want to do is just, see the future before I die, that's it.
