No, I knew about that. I was referring to someone's screen saying there were like 9 people online and the error message received when currently trying to play. I have known the Crackdown thing was fixed. Sorry for the confusion.
That never happened to me.
And Manny is the only person I have seen talk about it.
Oh, alright someone also posted a screenshot of the Bungie site saying only 9 people were online. Guess it was just a short temporary problem then?

Good idea, but typically when I arrive at the thread or others, they simply go to the last viewed post, which would mean that people likely won't start on page 1. I could possibly just keep the news updated in the separate thread and the first post, but that seems repetitive.

Supposingly, many people are still having the "Game Over" beta problem, while others are not. I have seen one isolated report of a patch being released at approximately 7:21 PM EST. Can anyone confirm if an update was made available? If the patch exists can anyone say what it does?
I assume it would be to fix the game over problem.
IIRC there is a sticky thread about that problem in the Beta forums on Bungie and it has been there for a few days.

I've always hated Halo. I own Halo 2 but if you look at my stats I've only ever played a massive 15 games.
However I love the beta, but after tonight I might not get to play it until I get a new console :Cry:
I'll be staying offline for at least the next few days. Which is horrible for me as a lot of my DLC wont work offline due it being a second motherboard and DLC is tied to the console it was downloaded on.
I tried the Beta today at a friends house. Fun, graphics are pretty good, but not spectacular. I hope they polish it up before Sep 25th.

Graphics aren't everything. Whitehawk, as a Wii VIP, I would really hope you know that.
This is a BETA. I'm sure the graphics will get polished. For the beta I'm sure they were more focused on the actual gameplay, not the graphics.

its too much fun, the spartan laser is crazy, ive only played high ground so far though.
I never said they were everything. It's just that for a new Halo on a next-gen machine, I would expect a bit better. But if it's fun, which it is, whatever. It's a great game.Zitat:
