Heres what it says on the website:
>What is the iPod Battery Replacement Program?
If your iPod requires service only because the battery’s ability to hold an electrical charge has diminished, Apple will replace your iPod for a service fee of $59, plus $6.95 shipping. Be sure to follow all of the battery troubleshooting steps before submitting your iPod for battery replacement.
so, does that mean, since i dont have a warranty. if i send in my Ipod mini along with the money, will apple give me a brand new ipod mini with the new battery or just my old ipod with a new battery?
because if its the latter, then im just going to forget replacing the ipod mini, but if apple is going to give me a brand new mini, i will definately go for it
