Playing Backups On M3
I'm getting ready to purchase a M3 and I've been doing a lot of reading to be properly prepared.
I do have a quick question. Basically my son, whom the DS actually belongs, is only 6. He's learning to read, but can't read yet. Are the backup games just listed as text though the M3 interface when you select it to play? Or is there an associated icon generated much like there is on some of the modded xbox dashboards?
Either way it really doesn't matter. I'm just curious more than anything.
Simply a game number, and the game name. and usually just the rom name. i.e. Metroid.nds - or - 8653 - MTPH. something along those lines, but if your son is just learning to read, you might have to help him out a bit :)
As I had expected. I'm sure it just bases itself off the filename. Thanks. It sounds like it's much like the game emulators that are out there.
Oh well, what a better way to help him learn to read than to fill his head with video games. :) See, games are all that bad. ;)
Thanks for the reply. Hopefully my M3 will arrive next week some time.
