M3 Movie Player + Passcard dont work!

I bought a NDS Lite, M3 miniSD, and Passcard 3.

First of all it is the filesystem FAT and not FAT32, becuse i cant format it to FAT32. Dont know why, Windows just say "Could not format[...]"

So the miniSD is FAT and i try to update it (The file i try is "updagcsd.e22") the M3 miniSD. But the only screen that comes up is this:

"Worning! NDS GAME SAVE in card but CANNOT find 'NDSSAVE' directory. Backup fail! Press A to continue."

I press A and nothing happens. Whats wrong? I cant open any roms, or videos, the same screen everytime.

You do know that you must use the "M3 game manager" to put roms on the M3 cart don't you?
I had the same issue the first day I got mine. Put at least one ROM on the card using the game manager, and that should get the card to boot with its current firmware, and the update will then run...

Yeah, I know! I have tried that, with a GBA rom, and a NDS rom. But I cant get it to work. Could the roms be corrupt? Ill try with some other roms.

The M3 Game Manager creates the folder NDSSAVE on the flash card you are using. The error message you are seeing says that that folder is missing. Can you see the folder on the card by browsing it on the PC? If not then check that you are using the game manager to correctly transfer a xxxx.nds file to the card correctly. If you can see that folder then maybe there is an issue with compatibility of the card or the format...
