When Richard Garriott parted ways with Tabula Rasa developer and publisher NCSoft last year, he spoke rather amicably enough about the company. Something must have happened over the past few months, then, since it's been revealed that Garriott is now suing NCSoft.
According to Kotaku, Garriott has filed a suit against NCSoft in the Texas Western District Court accusing the company of fraud. While exact details have yet to be revealed, the documents did show that Garriott is going for the jugular: he's suing for US 24,000,000.
Maybe he needs the money for another space trip? The last one did cost US 30 million, after all.
