Exclamation CycloDS - Why do some have it and others dont?

I ordered a CycloDS from realhotstuff on the 16th and it was changed to backorder on the 17th. (it was out of stock on order) I've seen other people review it on the site as late as the 25th. Does that mean I just barely missed the latest shipment? Also they were saying the black and white ones (ordered one of each so my wife and I can tell them apart easier) were due for shipment on the 28th, but now they list 31st (Friday delayed til Monday) on the white and N/A on the black. Anyone know why this is? Also a google search for it shows another site "divineo" shipping from Canada and claiming to have both in stock.

Should I not be concerned with problems from realhotstuff on my order fulfilment or should I order from someone else? (I know most here have recommended them, which is why I am willing to wait if they are the best for US residents).

I've just sent an email asking that if only one color became available they just ship both instead of one of each (it was only to tell them apart easier so no big deal if they are the same. I can always mark the label like we did for the memory sticks on our PSPs.)

Thumbs up Still on back order...

No there was not any tracking information to indicate that it was already shipped. The order status did update to "backorder" on the 17th though.

I just got a reply from them (147 minutes = almost 2.5 hrs after my inquiry). They said that the black ones are not available at this time but should be soon (sounds like they're making only white ones first, then making only black ones). They also said that they'll make a note of my request.

Considering the time it took for a reply (147 minutes according to the email's submission vs. sent times, and because of the timing of the day I'd say it was shortly after someone got back from lunch), I'd say so far customer service is looking good. (Nice, polite, good enough details, attention to my email, and very good reply time.)

Thumbs up Got them both - working just fine (but I dislike DHL)

I got both of them in just yesterday. I dislike DHL though for not delivering on weekends or I'd have had it Saturday...OK yeah I know I only paid for 3 day shipping but they somehow got it here in almost overnight. I'll not complain to them about my wife's error in asking to be held for pickup when she should've only inquired about the delivery status (would it be Monday as next business day or be held since not scheduled til Tuesday...found out if she wouldn't have sounded like she wanted it held they'd have had it Monday).

Well so far my RealHotStuff experience is great and I'll definately buy from them again.
