No problem. Two weeks go by and still nothing. I sent another email and got the exact same response. That didn't set too well with me.We apologize for the delay. We have two shipments on their way right now. Sometime Customs delay are longer than expected. It should not be too long before we can ship you order.
Now it's a week later than that and well over a month total. I certainly realize that s h!t happens and things get delayed. But I shouldn't have to keep contacting them to find out what the hell is going on. I don't mind waiting, I just want to make sure everything is going ok with my order. How about a courtesy email telling the customer they haven't forgotten about their order. Instead, since I have never ordered from them before, I keep wondering if I'm getting ripped off. I'm sure the company is fine though because I've heard other people have ordered from them without issue.
Recently I did get a newsletter of sorts and in it they mentioned that the M3's were back in stock. Hopefully mine will come soon.
At this point, I can't say that I recommend Divineo. They have been a big disappointment up to this point.
Just a little venting to make me feel better. Sorry.
