I hear bad things about M3's Mini slot, but Slim SD is great. It boils down to you wanting maximum compatability and flawless GBA mode for $$$ vs cheaper and slightly worse GBA mode.

If its for GBA games dont get the supercard. It plays almost all GBA games slow.
M3 mini SD hands down. It plays every GBa game perfectly. No problems. Its worth the extra money.
The M3 will stick out of the GBA, Supercard won't.Originally Posted by mm91187
What good is a Supercard that fits 100% flush with the GBA SP if it doesn't play GBA games for *****,lol. If it's for GBA your only choice of the 2 cards is the M3. Make sure you don't get the M3 Pro as the Pro series of the M3 has removed the GBA functionality and only plays DS games.
M3 miniSD BARELY sticks out of the phat DS.
NOT NOW JONATHAN
crap, so the supercard doesnt play the GBA games well at all? go here and look at the third pic of the DS, i think it shows the mini sd cartridge, and it's not poking out alot.
Also checkout just getting an EFA 512 or EFA II linker. These play GBA games perfectly and are the size of a normal GBA cart. I have the EFA 512 and its great. When I had my old DS it played almost all the NDS roms I through it at as well. If you get the EFA II it will not play DS games, though, but it will play GBA games perfectly.
well the reason why i like these is because of the memory, dont though have only like 256Mb, which is only like, 32MB
