I Don't know why anyone would want to do this. Wouldn't the sound go faster like the video? I don't know. Just my opinion, I like normal speed.
If in the near future, a N64 emu comes out, they could make it run faster and therefore have a full-speed N64 emu on the DS.Originally Posted by st.jimmy

I don't think so, this overclocking doesn't bring the ds up to even the psp's speed. The psp can't even emulate N64 to a playable level.Originally Posted by FullMetalCat
edit: well I guess this would help alot with snes emulation...

that it would but isnt the snes full speed?
clock speed doenst matter NEARLY as much as cpu architecture.... and considering its all nintendo one would asume that the two are similar or at the very least more compatible on the ds then the psp. at least thats my understanding....
Almost, I can't see it running doom or starfox, though.Originally Posted by Thoto
It's not the speed, it's the chips and hardware that it has to emulate.
Smart people already know that.

I knew that, just, I thought that if the cpu was higher, the games would run a bit faster. Am I just thinking the wrong way?Originally Posted by iballŪ
