My first post on these forums. Searched the forums but don't think I found something that really applies. I dont' have that many words in my vocabulary so I might have used the wrong keywords while searching. Anyways, here is my problem:
I have two NDS that I bought on the release day in New York so they are probably from the same batch if that matters. The problem is that the speaker sound have stopped working on both of them. You get sound when using headphones. Sometimes I get the sound to work on one of the the units if I squeeze it. I don't know whether if it is in the screen or on the base the problem is. I have opened the base a couple of times but from what I can see thera aren't anything loose or any badly soldered component. I couldn't get them warranty repaired when they broke cause I'm not an US resident and Nintendo doesn't have world wide warranty. Anyone know of this problem, what it could be or even if there might be a nice instruction how to solve it? I saw something about a hinge but I don't know it it could be related to that, could it?
